School dinner can be ordered  using the Parent Pay app.

If you need any more information please ask Mrs Jardine in the school office.

Curriculum Information

A letter will be sent via Class Dojo giving details of the Areas of Learning we will be covering this Autumn Term.

We will continue to use Class Dojo regularly to keep you informed regarding school information relevant to your child’s learning and school experience. If you have not already received your log in to access the Class Dojo platform please ask.

Nature’s Den

Year 3/4 will go to Nature’s Den every Monday for outdoor learning activities.

Please ensure that your child comes to school dressed appropriately for the weather on this day, they may get wet and muddy!  School uniform does not need to be worn on a Monday.

P.E.

Year 4 will have P.E. on a Wednesday.  Your child should come to school on that day wearing their P.E. kit.  

White t-shirt, Black shorts/joggers and trainers.  School uniform does not need to be worn on a Wednesday.

Homework

Homework will be set online via Google Classroom

Your child will be asked to read for at least 10 minutes every school night to enhance their learning.

Emphasis is on developing literacy and numeracy skills as well as encouraging healthy work and study habits.

Google Classroom is new to Year 3, if you need any support accessing the homework please do not hesitate to ask.

And Finally

It is really important that you make us aware of any worries or issues that your child may have so that we can deal with them early on.

Please also inform staff of any medical issues as soon as possible.
